Generates a grade distribution report and can be run either by selected courses or selected instructors.
Access XGDR
Enter I to select specific instructors or C to select specific courses – required field
Enter a valid term – required field
Enter a valid division(s) – required field
Enter a subject - optional field
Enter a course number - optional field
Enter a section number - optional field
Enter instructor IDs or lookup faculty by name - optional field
If you want the report to be emailed, enter the email address in the Email Address field
Click Save All
