Note: Office, departmental and personal printers are not included.
What is included
A multi-function printer or network printer is one that is maintained by the University’s contracted vendor, Dex.

Exclusion:
- Personally owned, department owned printers are not included in this service

- After this service is requested, a response will be given within 1 business day.
What happens next
A member of the Division of Information Technology will replace paper and/or toner.
